Below is a list of delivery options that are available to our customers when they checkout their cart.

Due to the COVD-19 approaching festive season (Christmas) the delivery times of orders either via Australia Post or Courier may take longer than usual.
Please make sure that you have the correct info (email and phone number). Tracking number will be sent to your email, listed on the invoice. If you do not receive the email notification, please log in to your 2Bling account and see the order history for the shipping status.
** For Sydney fringe area and other metropolitan area, we send your order using Courier or AP at our discretion, depending the size of your order. If the "Courier" tracking does not give you an update after 3 days, please submit an "Online Enquiry" through their website or contact us. For AP, please allow up to 2 weeks, as we only start chasing the package 2 weeks after it has been dispatched.
*** For "Letter mail post", orders dispatched via this method will have no method for tracking or recovery. Choose this shipping option at your own risk. (This option is currently not available)
**** For "Express Post Parcel". We send your order from NSW 2166, which is within their "Express Network". If you are located within their express network, and your order doesn't turn up the next day, please contact us.
PLEASE NOTE THAT EXPRESS POST IS AS DESCRIBED, WE DESPATCH VIA EXPRESS POST. IT DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED WITH A HIGHER PRIORITY OVER OTHERS. Our current packing processing time is 1-3 days.

We send your order using Courier or AP at our discretion.
All the courier packages with subtotal order greater than $100 will be required "Signature on delivery". If you miss out on their delivery, please contact the Courier to arrange another drop-off. Please contact them within 2 days. If there is no contact made within 2 days, the package will be returned to sender. We are not responsible for postage fee to resend the package.
The estimated delivery time is an estimate from Australia post, we have experienced orders that have decided to take a longer time to arrive. We generally do not deem that a parcel is lost unless it hasn't arrive in 4 weeks (Yes we've seen parcels that have taken 4 weeks to reach its destination a few times)
For standard delivery the parcel will be left at the delivery address ‘out of the weather’ where possible. This option is available for all orders complete with tracking number.
Express post parcel delivery

Note: Express parcel delivery option is NOT next day delivery. In some areas where Australia Post Guarantees next day delivery, but does not arrive next day, please contact us and we will provide you with an express postage store credit (once claim has been successful with Australia Post, typically 1 month).

Express Post parcel delivery is the fastest option for customers that would like to receive their order as soon as possible. This option is available for all orders complete with tracking number.
All shipping options from Australia post do not include insurance, thus if the item is lost or has not arrived we will NOT be reimbursing/resending the lost item. We advise all customers to add insurance as standard to their order when checking out. Insurance is a really small price to pay for a big peace of mind. Insurance is available upon request, please leave a message during checkout and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
International order will be required to be posted as "Tracked package". Please contact us for a quote.
Contactless Pickup is available from NSW 2164, minimum order $30.
